There are 4 elected Bargaining Committee (BC) members. The BC consults with the membership and performs relevant research to finalize our initial bargaining demands, collaborate with the Executive Committee (EC) and Organizers’ Council (OC) to develop and implement a mobilization and communications plan to support the bargaining campaign, and conduct negotiations with Concordia.
